Cold Drawing - in this method the tube is drawn through a die, either with or without internal support, resultant tube being stronger, tougher and harder. If further redutions are required the tube must be annealed to bring it back to a ductile state. but it can be seen that desired mechanical properties can be achieved by cold drawing. There are 3 methods of cold drawing Sink Drawing, Plug Drawing (Fixed Plug Drawing and Floating Plug Drawing) and Mandrel Drawing. Our seamless tubes are used for conveyance of fluids intended for critical high temperature and general. SS Seamless Tubes are used in under similar service conditions in heat transfer process equipments like boilers, super heaters, heat exchangers, condensers etc. for general engineering and process instrumentation purpose. Our material is supplied in heat treated condition and we also provide Mill Test Certificate as per EN 10204 / 3.1B or Lab test Report also take orders under third party inspection.
